Upon check-out I was told that the room charge would be applied to the card I had left for incidentals. The elevator is in the middle of the hallway. Super shower! Precious soaps! During the night from about midnight to almost 4AM, it was really loud out in the hallway, so you may want to ask for a room at the end of a hallway. The room was beautiful, very clean and with a great view. They gave us a room and told us it would be resolved by the next morning. When we arrived, the three people that tried to help us were not successful. I called and made the reservation and informed them of the freebie. I used to obtain a night and dinner at the resort.
